This Traditional Paloma Cocktail Recipe is quick and easy, and packs a punch! It’s perfect anytime of the year, but especially great on hot days.
Similar to a margarita, the Paloma drink calls for a mix of lime juice and grapefruit soda (or juice as you will see below in the low calorie version) in place of the traditional margarita mix.
Traditional Paloma Cocktail
Created in Tequila, Mexico, the Paloma is the unique creation of Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner and bartender at La Capilla Bar.
You can make this drink the traditional way, low calorie, and even non alcoholic. I have supplied more versions below! It is traditionally served in a highball glass, but any glass will work.
Paloma Drink Garnishes
Just like a margarita, the Paloma traditionally is served with a salt rim. But you can get creative with the garnishes to make this drink extra fun and pretty.
