This Alcohol Free Paloma Drink is a great drink for all ages! You can make them with or without tequila so everyone get’s what they want. Or use the alcohol-free tequila I supplied below.

Mocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails are all the rage these days, and for good reason. No hangover, often a much lower calorie drink, and anyone can enjoy them.

Alcohol Free Paloma Drink

I have found a wonderful Alcohol Free Blanco Tequila that tastes just like the real thing, but without the alcohol. Even though it is technically “alcohol free” their website strongly urges that this is not served to minors.

If you skip the alcohol free tequila, you’ll actually save 142 calories. So I prefer to skip it, the drink is already packed with flavor. But I leave it up to you.

Non Alcoholic Paloma Mocktail Garnishes

I like to make cocktails and alcohol free cocktails extra special with lots of garnishes. It steps up the look so you really feel like you’re having something special.

All of these garnishes are optional, so choose your favorite and skip the rest.

  • Salt rim
  • Lime wheel
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Grapefruit wedge

This non-alcoholic Paloma can be made with the booze free tequila, or without. It will give you the tequila flavor you want in a Paloma. But as it strongly notes on the website, this booze free tequila is still just for 21 and older persons.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces non-alcoholic silver tequila (optional)

  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

  • 3-4 oz grapefruit soda, chilled

  • Garnish:
  • 1 lime wheel

  • Salt Rim

Directions

  • Rub a lime wedge around the edge of a cocktail glass, and dip the rim in salt.
  • Add the alcohol free tequila (if using) and lime juice to the glass, mix together then fill the glass with ice.
  • Top with grapefruit soda, and gently mix.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.
  • Serve immediately.
